My Sim is an actor. The sim goes to his audition. He leaves the house and is at the rabbit hole. And after the audition is over, I don't get the pop-up saying if he passed or failed. In fact, he just comes home and the career panel says he still has the audition at that time. I've tried several times and I still get the same result.

I'm having this issue. I've tried everything like repairing my game, deleting my mods, etc. nothing solve this problem. Really annoying. PLS help us EA! :)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Join the acting career and select audition.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim will go to an audition and before recent update I would get a notification of my sim passing the audition. But now after the update I don’t get notified anymore and it’ll automatically be changed to the goals for the show.
What do you expect to see? A notification like was there prior the update letting me know that she passed the audition.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? yes, but I've tried in a complete vanilla save and others are having the same issue as me having not used custom content or mods.

I am having the same issue. Vanilla game. If I go to the main menu and load back in it updates
Same issue here! Using MCCC (latest version), get a last exception error when the sim returns from an audition.
