Just to make sure I understand you correctly: The Sim was working fine at first but then he interacted with a celebrity and that broken the interactions ?
The sim was working fine at first, and then a celebrity showed up on the lot. They did not interact with the celebrity, because the celebrity showing up broke all customers for that character.
The sim that is not bugged did interact with the celebrity as a customer, after I saw that the other sim wasn't working, to see if it would work. He could interact with the celebrity customer, and other customers, and continued to be just fine.
