For quite some time I had this problem, I tought it was me but the Sims 4 Get Famous events are not working.
I have recived the nomitaion notification for the award ceremony and I have a lounge that has the Hottest Spot in Town lot trait, altought it is not the original I have replaced that, but the lot meets all the requirements. I went to the location at 7pm and nothing happened, then I went there at 6pm ( as someone recommended), same results.
If I remember there is suppose to be talent show every Saturday, but thats gone too.
I do play with CC but without them I still have the same issue.
