[GF] Townies Excessively Whispering About Celebrities at Public Lots

I encountered issue in my main save where all my played Sims are global superstars. This happened in a long time ago. But I've tested it now in latest patch and Mods & CC removed.

Whenever I take my played celebrity Sim(s) to public lots (like museums or art centers), the townies who spawn just won’t stop whispering about celebrities. Even during club gatherings, members ditch their activities to join the gossip fest. See Screenshot (662) & (666).

It’s really annoying! Why aren’t they doing their usual stuff, like viewing art or practicing skills, instead of huddling to gossip? Are they coded right? or is this meant to be gameplay? If so, what’s the point of public lots?

I’d expect Sims (played or not) to engage in activities that suit the lot type, not turn it into a soulless chatter zone.

And the worst part? The celebrities I invite end up joining the gossip too.. like, aren’t you famous already? (See Screenshot 663) & (665)

Steps to Reproduce:  Make several Sims celebrities (global superstar level recommended).   -> Take them to a public lot (museum or library works best).   -> Let the game spawn townies.   -> Watch what the townies do.

Expected Result: Townies perform activities matching the lot type (e.g., viewing art at a museum).

Actual Result: Townies cluster together, excessively whispering or gossiping about celebrities.
