Ideas
I stopped playing with Goofballs years ago - it's not funny, it's just nasty, making their life partner tense all the time with their lies. But I still routinely have to go into build mode in public lots to replace the toilets because every toilet has been pranked. NPC sims never use the pranked toilets - they'll leave the lot instead - so either my played sim has to use every toilet and wear the consequences, or I just replace them.
It's horrible, and if I could ban certain traits from my game, that would be high on the list. I don't mind sims being playful and telling jokes a lot, although I've had several played sims die from hysterics because someone walked into the room and they remembered sharing a joke with that sim some time in the past. But the Goofball sims aren't funny, they're just nasty.
