When playing in the basement, in my case a underground bunker, infants action tummytime or train sitting is sometimes grayed out and the tooltip says something like "can not do this when under water"...

I am not sure if they have always been in a basement when this happens, but I do tend to build underground and, in this case, yes they are. How can I move my post to that thread or do I just have to create a new one?
