When playing in the basement, in my case a underground bunker, infants action tummytime or train sitting is sometimes grayed out and the tooltip says something like "can not do this when under water"...

This is now also happening to me when my Sims are in their basement with the toddler. (see picture)
I have no Mods installed (never had any), I have all packs installed and am playing on PC (Linux).
Thought it was because I put wet laundry inside the house one time, but as it happens always down in the basement and the people here saying they have the same issue ...
And yes when the toddler is already on the playmat I can click on him/her and choose practice tummy time / standing / sitting and so on.
