Every time an older sim tries to help a child learn to ride a bike or a child asks for help learning, the interaction is canceled with no reasoning, like being unable to walk there.

I had one child Sim able to learn with an adult Sim with the bicycle placed outside, but the other is really having difficulty unless I place the bicycle in their inventory. Even then the parent Sim frequently cancels the interaction to teach the child Sim how to ride the bicycle. It seems to fare better if I cancel all the other adult Sims' actions before asking them to teach the child Sim.
