This just started happening to me. No matter how many times I do tummy time with my new infant, or play with toys, or have her look at toys, the closest I get to any milestone happening is the "reaching a milestone" circle appears on the interaction in the queue, but disappears without actually triggering the milestone. At first I wondered if it had anything to do with playing on long lifespan, which I don't normally do, or her being an alien baby, because I wasn't having milestone problems the last time I played with an infant, which was probably about two weeks ago? But it's probably a recent patch problem, right?
