I've noticed that restarting the game seems to temporarily fix the issue. So if you notice your infant "getting" the same milestone more than once but not actually getting it, restarting your game might be a good workaround. I worry that will make it harder for the team to troubleshoot it, though, since they won't be able to get save files with the problem present.
