Hello, I am writing to you because I experienced this situation “recently” with one of my two infants (they are twins). My little one tried to achieve the milestones “learn to babble” and “learn to reach” while sitting on the play mat, but for some reason nothing happened... Meanwhile, my Sims went to “watch the milestone being achieved”, but as I said, nothing happened and the action kept cancelling and repeating itself. At that point, I got around the problem using IU cheats, but I don't have any mods installed at the moment and I'm not playing.
