when my sim kid looses a tooth the kid changes clothes and turns into full on black like obsidian and it just doesnt work, it goes to normal when fix the tooth but i wish it works

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing ?
- Please post the error code/lastException you're getting with this (since you choose error code as tag)
yes im using mods but when i deleted all mods and redid the whole game unistalling reformated my pc it still did it and if you mean like pc or mac then pc, sorry never had error code didnt know what tag to put
