[GRO] No Autonomy for Splash Pad Sprinklers

Growing Together comes with several new sprinklers sims can play in. I have been building pool lots for fun summer gameplay and thought the splash pads and sprinklers would make a great addition, but nobody is using them. They work, as in, I can tell my sims to watch the water and play in water, but neither active household sims nor NPCs will autonomously use them, not even in hot or burning weather, when they now use all the summer activities from the seasons pack. It would be great if sims used the water park sprinklers on public pool or beach lots, in particular when it's hot out. :)
