[GRO] Personality Trait 'Unflirty' offered without reason

Voted on this. I see this frequently. The prompt mentions failed romantic social interactions, but it appears in odd contexts that make no sense. Usually after a successful friendly interaction with someone.

Investigating the tuning, `buff_SelfDiscovery_CanMakeProgress` has the following tuning:

`loot_SelfDiscovery_Progress_Romance_Max_Small` trends things toward Romantically Reserved/Unflirty. This bit of tuning means that every time they use an interaction from the Deep Thoughts category, the game considers them to be romantically reserved. This doesn't line up with the text of the self discovery moment however - particularly not the unflirty moment which mentions failed romantic socials.
