[GRO] Practice Standing With Infant Not Queuing

I had another infant who did not have any milestones unlocked in the same save. I just tested it out and she didn't seem to be affected by it (unlocked the milestones in the same order that I did with the affected infant). I believe the milestones he unlocked prior to the patch was just learned to reach, lifted head, and rolled over to back. I didn't get very far in this save. I'm not sure if I have any saves where the infant did not learn to stand prior to the patch. I went through all the saves that I play that had infants in them and they all (except this one) had infants that learned to stand. So it appears to only affect him. 

As for his trait, he has the sensitive trait (and is a werewolf, though the other infant who wasn't affected is one too). It doesn't appear as though I can reproduce it as the other infant in this save (different family) seemed to work fine. I'm thinking this may have been a fluke or my game being temperamental in that moment. I figured it wouldn't hurt to report it in case it was something, but at least on my end, I can't seem to reproduce it again (to be honest, I'm not entirely sure how it happened in the first place). I thought it may have been the lot bugging out on me, but when I loaded into another save using this lot, it seemed to be fine, so I'm not entirely sure what it is.
