Can we, please, get an option for Get To Work for no work rivalries until and unless the team actually fixes them? Every sim with a career job has to suffer the indignity of this BS "feature" that includes somehow being in a career stalling rivalry with someone they have never met and cannot interact with except by a meta cheat. Let me repeat, they cannot interact with these sims because they have never "officially" met. They cannot be invited to the home or out and calling them to chat is pointless because nothing about the relationship changes since they have not been officially introduced. They know thoe sims well enough to have their cell phone numbers but not enough to actually budge the like-don't like scale. I have had sims die while waiting to someday meet the mysterious person that is keeping them from advancing in their careers.
