[GRO] Sims ignore compatibility and family dynamics when interacting

With the March 17th update, sims now interact with each other disregarding their compatabilty and family dynamic such as difficult and distant. Before the update, if two sims had bad/awful compatability and/or distant family dynamic, they would not interact with each other and avoid them unless directed by the player to interact. If these sims did interact, their conversation wouldn't last long and they would do something else. This breaks immersion as my distant sims with awful compatabilty constantly try and engage in a long conversation when it doesn't fit their relationship.

You can test this is game by having two sims with the distant family dynamic and/or awful compatability and they will interact with each other when locked in a room.

    Not sure if this is the same.

    Since the March 17th patch I've been playing a test game I set up a while (January?) ago. Grandfather, his son and his son's wife, infant and a dog. I had deliberately set the grandfather and son to be incompatible and distant. 

    Wasn't paying much attention to the grandfather/son interactions, but suddenly got the option to change their family dynamic to "close." That was a surprise. 🤷‍♀️ I guess they were being nice to each other while I wasn't looking.
