Whenever I get my sims to go the any cafe in Winderburg and have them order coffee (both here and to go orders) the cafe itself is always crowded with other sims ordering at the same time and the act...

I have been having this issue for at least 8 years and it never gets fixed. I decided to test it again today just to see. I tested it with no mods/cc and a fresh new sim in a fresh new save. Headed to a cafe and attempted to order. The barista started making the order but then another sim came up and it immediately canceled. I had to have my sim ask 3 different times before she got the coffee. This bug is so frustrating and makes me not even want to play with cafes. I was hoping this would have been fixed in this most recent patch but unfortunately it still persists.
