Generated Alien Sims don't have an alien form in CAS, only a disguise | EA Forums - 11863123
Aliens generated by the game do not have a disguised form, leaving the game to send null data to mods. This has recently popped up with the latest patch and the only way to rectify it is to work around it by either enabling fulleditmode and giving that alien sim a non disguised form in CAS or humanifying all alien sims using a mod like MCCC.
