I have been experiencing a problem transferring money to a new vet clinic i built recently

I have tried to reset the game

I tried to repair the game

I have tried to make a New Save File

only thing I haven’t done is uninstall and reinstall the game

can someone help before I go crazy 😂😭😂

Hi, what I’m experiencing is I click on view funds transfer or transfer business funds it pops up with the two and from I put in the amount I want to transfer then click confirm and nothing happens after that the money doesn’t transfer. It stays on zero and the household stays the exact same. I can say this is now been happening for about four weeks.
