I'm having an issue where household fund can no longer be transferred to a retail lot. The only issue I've been able to find online when this happens is if you are a renter, but I have this sim living on a regular residential, and they have not ever been a renter.
I do not have any CC or mods.

To open a store you need to have business funds to build on the lot but I can't transfer the money(clicking on transfer doesn't do anything) and this makes it impossible to open a business. I have noticed this already in august but it still hasn't been fixed :(

I'm also having issues. I can't transfer money between the home funds and the business funds, and I can't set anything for sale, either. I'm trying to hover over an item, and nothing is highlighted.

I spoke to HELP and they told me apparently that was never an option. We was never able to transfer money from A household to A owned vet clinic. But I am positive that when I first downloaded the pack, I was able to transfer money from household to clinic
I just tested having my sim purchase a vet clinic and transfer funds back and forth and it worked fine. Where exactly are you encountering the problem? Does the popup not appear, can you not click confirm, or does nothing happen when you do confirm? Can you get a screenshot?

This issue has been fixed a while ago but is still cropping up for some people. Did you newly build this after the latest patch ?
Is your game updated ? Are you using mods/cc ?
If this is not what you are seeing, please provide some more details what happens in your game.
