[GTW] Hidden Assets get applied to Aliens

When I made my sim an alien, she spawned with this scarf on.  I currently have CC off, so I'm curious where this item came from? 

I know it counts as a necklace, but it was in an odd  state where it couldn't be removed with the x on the accessory tab, and wasn't in the list.  I've seen that before with a specific pair of shoes where the male and female versions are slightly different, but here i assumed it was an unmet unlock requirement.  

regardless, I couldn't access it or modify it, but it's an object I could conceivably want to find again, and unlike miko ojo's stupid hat, I don't know how.  

ps. I've gotten lab goggles in different circumstances, and I don't know how to get those either.

    Hi Hotchar​ 

    looks like this is something that came with For Rent but I have no clue what it is. It doesn't' unlock with the cheat. Maybe it's something that was taken out but not properly ?

    Is your Sim  male or a female gender ?

    female, but based on the goggles, it can probably appear on either gender.  (ps. it happened again with another couple of aliens.  note the lack of x on the one without the scarf)

    It's only tagged as male but then again, it's also not tagged for random so I'm not sure why it's showing up at all. Have you seen it outside of aliens ?

    The goggles also look to be from For Rent and have the same situation tag. Those are tagged for both male/female.

    EDIT: So, as further info, this scarf is used for the mold cleaning situation from FR. Did you ever have any with those Sims that wear that ?

    EDIT EDIT: Seems aliens are getting random hidden assets in CAS. I moved this to the bug forum.
