[GTW] Retails: Sims don't buy anything from Displays (Store actively run)

I’m still having this same problem. I’m confused on why no one else is… it doesn’t matter if I use the new retail shelf from the hobbies pack or the get to work pack. Sims will not brows anything unless I put it on a regular kitchen cabinet. I do play with mods. I have completely removed mods and cleared cache files. Started the game opened the store same problem. They just come in and act like nothing is for sale. They just talk or play with my radio/ use my bathroom and that’s it. I have to constantly talk to them to get them to buy something and it takes forever just to make a sale this way…  (I am running a bakery as well and having to put the food out on regular cabinets makes things spoil and is so frustrating). Interesting thing though is they will buy an item from the shelves once the purchase is rang up. They just won’t brows anything that’s in them.
