My sims are plagued with constant illness. I have checked in multiple saves and multiple households and they all can't go a day without at least one household member getting sick.

I'm having this issue where my sims are frequently getting ill once a day and the sickness is rapidly spreading through the households, I'm having to purchase medicine everyday in game, even if I cheat the sickness away they get sick again immediately.
I am having the same issue since the 4Nov2025 update. The diseases are from the Enchanted by Nature Expansion Pack. I also have Get to Work. I unchecked the game option that enable disease spreading, luck and imbalance. I did not have this problem before the update.
