[GTW] Scientist have invention/ potion unlocked twice - notebook issue

A few weeks ago I noticed a scientist sim I have have unlocked one of the earlier simple inventions twice in his notebook, same for the hunger potion. 

He did have several duplicates first but they have sorted themselves out (not sure how), but these two persists. 

I also have an issue with a detective having an active suspect in his note, but cannot find him and since you can't just delete a it I have to quit the career and restart it to "fix" it. Does not feel like a fix to me.

I have noticed lately that plants my sims research, for them to be actually added to the record in the notebook I have to click on the notification when they are finished with the research and click on the plant that has been added in the list, like I want to read the info, otherwise it will not register.

My point is, seems like there is some need for attention to the notebook or whatever it is called. PC with no mods or cc
