Half walls are one way surfaces for plates

So... this just happened.

The sim had a plate in hand while I was occupied nearby and heard the sim drop the plate off on the half wall there. Then he changed clothing and just stood there. I checked his needs and he was still half hungry.

Why didnt he eat at the table? No idea.
Why was it necessary to change clothing right in that moment? No idea.

So I told him to eat the potato he just dropped off. He refused signaling the above, that he cant reach the place he just reached...

But wait! THERE IS MORE!

I told him to move to the other side of the half wall and then to pick up the plate which he both complied without issue.

I cant...

Long standing issue, though I usually see it with empty plates on half walls. You can drag plates off half walls onto other surfaces, where they can be accessed normally. Unless you're someplace like the Temple in Selvadorada, one version of which has very tall half walls, in which case you'd have to go into free build mode to move the plate.

So that is why I had to get a mod for increased range to collect empty plates...
