[HCHSP] Excessive spoiling food by townie on food stand

I not sure if this is a bug or is it the gameplay suppose to be like this? Since I bought home chef hustle few months ago haven't encountered this issue before. Then I stopped running the stall for quite some time. After the latest update I decided to re open the stall from my new generation. Then I notice the same sim will always come by and spoils the food. He would splash something on my food and the food becomes spoiled. So what I did is whenever I see him come by I would chase him away but when I click on that sim the second time, there's an option "send home" which means the townie actually invited himself over? 

So I would chase him away every time he comes by. If I manage to keep him away halfway thru the sales there will be another sim that mess up with the food again
