Household members turning into neighbors/ Can't use doors (1.112.519/2.06)

How often does the bug occur? Unsure
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs have you installed? I have all  
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea. I do not know what action made it happen.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim is listed as a neighbour in her own house. she was in labour, I tried to have her go in the house to have the baby but the order kept vanishing. I teleported her inside and had the baby, I then tried to click her to make her solve hard problems but nothing happened. That is when I noticed the tag.
What do you expect to see? My sim to not be labelled as a neighbour in the house I am playing in and to be able to be clicked on to person "self actions". or can you please add a cheat to remove the neighbour tag.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Just the current event
