Household members turning into neighbors/ Can't use doors (1.112.519/2.06)

This happened to me in two occasion, once while I was playing with a couple in dorms at university. I think I had travel with one and when I came back to the dorms, he was labelled as neighbor! Could not move in the dorms.

The other time was on a residential, again after travelling, with a different couple.

This stopped happening until recently and since the last update it started happening again, Traveling with the sim and returning home fixes it.

I'm having the same issue now after the nov 4 update..! The household sims are listed as neighbours and the "self actions" don't work. I'm also struggeling to take care of the baby, when i click on the baby to do an action like "put to bed" it's cancelled, it only works if i click on the bed to choose the action. All sims get stuck a lot and "reset sim (debug)" does nothing.  

It never happened to me before the big update a few days ago. Very upsetting.

This has happened to me a few times when I play the dorms in the university. Usually for me when this occurred  it was on a roommate that was suddenly tagged as a neighbor. This time, however, it's on my sim who just came back to the campus housing from her morning class. Now she can't enter the house to do her homework.
For me, this first happened before this most recent update. I didn't bother trying other things because the affected sims were roommates tagged as neighbors but now I need to try other things since the affected sim is the one I'm currently playing. I can't move her out and back in because she lives in campus housing. 

Update: So I just had the male sim who I'm playing with her at the university invite her into the house and her options reappeared, but she was still tagged as a neighbor. After the options reappeared, I removed her from the household and added her back to the household and she's back to being playable again.
I hope this can help others who run into this while playing in the dorms or the campus housing. 

This just happened to me since the Nov update. A neighbor came to bring a gift for my Sims’s husband as soon as she was done, she went to talk to my other sim. Immediately after, my sim became a “neighbor”. I reloaded the save, and the neighbor came again, so I had my sim greet her outside. Once she gave the gift to my sim’s husband my sim became the neighbor again. I tried it a third time and it happened again. So the fourth time, I ignored her knock… I’ve been playing this same save for a year and it’s never happened before this update.  

It also happened to me again after the update. Weirdly i dont think a neighbour came, as where i live i have no neighbours

My sim cannot go inside her house. There is no objects alongside the door, the ciments are ok. I have tried to make the house again and it continues with the same problem. I do not use mods or anything else.

there's currently two issues that can cause this so to be sure to merge this with the correct thread, if you hover over the Sim, does he have a neighbor tag ?
