Household members turning into neighbors/ Can't use doors (1.112.519/2.06)

I've been playing with this household for a few months and I've never had this issue.  I even moved him out and back in and I'm still getting this bug and IDK what to do 

My sim was put down as a neighbor even though she was a part of my sims household and couldn't get into the house and almost died 

Just had this bug, was able to spilt sim from my household and move them back in which fixed it, but I couldn't click on my sim at all despite sim being in my household. 

Got this bug to now after the new updates so annoying I can not click on my sim at all and she is refered to as "neighbor" and can not enter her own house. It is weird because she worked fine for the days I played on her (she is my generation sim so I played her since she was born.) but all of a sudden she can not enter her house and is refered to as neighbor. I even went out to the map and got down to klick on her instead of clicking on the house when entering again to make sure she was not bugged travelling. But she was at home and now I can not click on her to make any character interactions and it is new years eve so I wanted to make her have a wish, but can not do that.

As the title states, my sim who has been in this household for many sims months, has three kids with his fiancee and is most definitly in my household suddenly got the "neighbor" role as I started my game this morning. Haven't played with this household after the latest update. I have no cc or mods and have never encountered this before. I haven't tried to move/merge any household (this or any other) and i havn't had a neighbor visit for a long time. If I have this sim chosen I can make him do actions as usual, but if I play from his partners perspective I can only "invite in" or "open profile". With testingcheats enabled I can only "reset object" and "cheat needs". Noticed when I made him take out the trash and he could not enter his own house again. 

They are all in the same household in manage household and cas still.

to add: game has been restarted, repaired, ea app has been recovered and the issue still stands

Recently I sent one of my female sim to university, living in a dorm. I decided to merge another student to play with in the same household and dorm... as I always did in the past and it worked fine...

There has been several issues that could be link to this. The second sim I sent and merged in the family is tagged by the game as ''neighbor''... one time it was possible to control him and tell him what to do, but when I tried to make him go anywhere on the dorm lot, it would not work and he would have the routing failure issue, despite him previously being able to, I think it happened after a reload of the dorm, or after he came back from the soccer practice... There was also another issue where it was impossible to click on him. I reloaded the game and now I can click on him and have the usual options, he can route everywhere on the lot, but still has this ''neighbor'' tag...

Please help.
