It will not let me pay bills, the option is there on all 3 ways to pay.. but it will not let me pay them. My sim does the whole animation, but no money is taken from my sims amount and the electric remains off. It is making my save unplayable, i can not use most of my skill objects because of this and its happened in the save where i am doing the super sim challenge so its just very unfortunate and ive tried all the fixes i have seen in forums and reddit and nothing is helping.
