Since the most recent update, my sims are no longer able to pay their bills. They recieve a positive bill amount (+59 simoleons in my case), when I click to pay their bills the sims will go through the motion of paying, yet no money is deducted and all of my appliances still say "Power has been shut off; pay your bills." . I use mods in my game and assumed it was a broken mod causing the issue, I removed my mod folder from the Sims folder and repaired my game, but still I am seeing the same issue. 😭
I am experiencing the exact same problem now. My Sims have a positive bill that cannot be paid via any method. I have tried everything, and the energy has been cut off.
