Household receives positive bill they can't pay (wrong Math)

Goes through all the motions, nothing subtracts from house funds. Phone, pc, mailbox, bills in inventory. Both adults In house try nothing works. Moved family. Still nothing. Debug mailbox, doesn’t work. Now my power and water is shut off and I can’t play the game at all. I don’t use mods

      Yes it is 121 but WAY lower than what it should be as it’s a fairly large house and usually see bills in the thousands
