Household receives positive bill they can't pay (wrong Math)

I am trying to find if there is someone who has reported this or if this is it but I also have in one of my saves one of my families has a positive number for their bill and now they can't pay it and the power and water were shut off and now I can't get it back on because no matter how many times and how many ways I pay it, it doesn't actually pay it.

I got the bill (+81) that i cannot pay. I have tried

-cheating the bills to come

-cheating to pay the bills

-moved one sim out of the household, moved it back in

-evicted the whole family and moved them back in

-travelled to a different lot

-logged out of the game

-repaired the sims

-bought every possible mailbox and tried paying with them

-tried paying the bills on my phone

And probably some other things i don't remember and nothing is working. I do not have any mods and never had them. Could somebody please help? Thank you.

I did everything here and nothing worked, including evicting the family, moving them to a new lot and even on the new lot it complained about the bill of +81. 

Now merged my family with another and that family didn't have the bill. When i moved back to my original lot my lights were back on and no bills! Will report here if the bug comes back.

It looks like it worked for me, too! 😁 They are currently not due on any bills. We'll see what happens in a week with the next bill. 

Households that receive a bill with an owed value that's positive (a refund) can now pay bills, allowing the refund to be processed and the bills to be marked as paid.

Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23
