Household receives positive bill they can't pay (wrong Math)

This is actually something I always do with my houses! x)

I've had this problem, too and submitted a ticket, but it seems to have disappeared. Took out all my mods, blah blah blah. Worked for a test Sim. Put all my mods back in, still worked for my test Sim. Went to play a saved household, they can't pay bills. Moved them to a new lot, can't pay bills. Traveled, can't pay bills. Used a library version of the same family, and they can pay bills on a different lot and the saved lot I moved the original Sims out from. 
They go through the animation, whether by phone, computer or mailbox, but the money never gets subtracted from household lots. The repo guy showed up, too, after having utilities shut off with the original Sims. The game is not playable. This is 100% a game-breaking bug. Wondering if I need to sell the business to get the bills to work? Whatever the problem, it's with this pack. Of course.

i have the same problem and i tried everything and still doesn't work, mines just 25 simoleons : (

I am also unable to pay bills from any source (phone, computer, mailbox). I play via Mac.

I am also unable to pay bills. from the computer, the phone, the mailbox. somebody suggested getting rid of my pets because there's been glitches where bills were delivered to pets. that didn't work. made my sim travel and come back that didn't work. I don't use mods so that's not an issue. I just built and moved my family into a new home. I really don't want to lose them/make a whole other home again.

I'm having the same problem - PC player here. No mods or cc. Tried moving lots, paying on the phone, computer, etc. Doesn't work.

I'm experiencing the same issue with having a positive bill. I cannot pay it but my utilities are being shut off. I've removed all mods, repaired the game, moved the Sims multiple times nothing worked. 

I am experiencing this same issue, is there a way we can fix it? I have tried everything to get it working and nothing is working.
