[HR] Can't complete Enter a Horse Competition want through Ranch Community Board

Was this supposed to have a form to fill out on reporting a bug like the old Answers HQ bug reports? There's those Tag buttons down below, but they don't provide as much information as the old form did.

Anyway, this is for the PC version, in English, patch 1.112.519.1020 DX11. If you have a want to Win a Horse Competition, the tool tip tells you that you can click on the Equestrian Center or Ranch Community Board to enter a competition and get first place, but if your want is to Enter a Horse Competition, the tooltip only specifies clicking on the Equestrian Center to enter, and you can not complete the want by clicking on the Ranch Community Board to enter. While this is working as implemented, it seems to me to be a design oversight on that particular want. You should be able to complete the want by clicking on the Ranch Community Board and allow the rest of the household to go about their day on the home lot without having to go through loading screens if not living in the New Appaloosa neighborhood.
