I think that with Neighborhood Stories disabled the notices are excessive, as in they shouldn't exist at all. The entire feature seems broken.

I assume what you meant is when the Neighborhood Stories disabled there's still exist household with excessive horses, cats, dogs and children (?) sorry if I misunderstanding you (English it's not my first language).

My answer, yes it's happen to me too. I think it's because the game always generate household, and then the household with that excessiveness been generanted.
