My chickens, goats, and, sheep are randomly disappearing as well I didn't receive any notification warning me they were going to run away they just disappeared. The animals aren't in my Sims Inventor...

This started happening to me too . This mostly happen to chickens, but i can't find my sheep now so it's probably gone too. I lost at least a dozen chickens in a few simdays. This is unsustainable for my gameplay, they run a chicken farm, and i'm down to about 7 adorable but useless newly hatched chicks. They have 4 coops that at one point were full. Now a bunch of them died of old age when i loaded back into my household, but i should still have waaay more, plus all the chicks i hatched since. The last time i know for sure it happened was when i came back from CAS.
They're not in any inventory.
update: i had to reload the game and lost 5 of my 7 chicks...
