My chickens, goats, and, sheep are randomly disappearing as well I didn't receive any notification warning me they were going to run away they just disappeared. The animals aren't in my Sims Inventor...

oh I guess that is why my golden hen disappeared. This family lives in Brindleton Bay and all their plants are perfect. Last time I saw her she was down by the docks and I had to go there and ask her to go home. Both baby golden roosters I had have also vanished at the same time.
The only difference for me is that the normal white adult rooster also disappeared. I only have a normal hen left... What is the point of having animals if they just get deleted after all that effort (making one hen golden). One of my sims had a full friend bar with both hens.

Did you find them in the (household) inventory or are they gone for good ?

They are gone for good. I still only have the white hen that I brought with me to the fair left. There are none in the household inventory nor any sims inventory.
I did have an issue with the white hen disappearing as well after the fair as mentioned previously, but she reappear after I travelled again to a random lot and then to the home lot again, but not the others.
As gogotamago5 wrote in their post, I assume that might have something to do with it as the golden hen had started to run around in the neighbourhood after making all my plants perfect, so she might have been off lot at the time of travel to the fair.
Not sure about the chicks and white rooster though. I had never seen them leave the lot before, but if being off the lot by just a little bit deleted them, maybe that is the issue.I wonder if simmer who fence their chickens and other animals in have this issue, or if this is strictly off the lot animals getting deleted.
