Ever since the update on January 13th I cannot buy or sell horses anymore. That option is just gone on the phone, horse bed, community board.... I can only buy sheep and goats. Those actions list normally, but the horse options don´t exist anymore. I normally have mods, but it is the same when I start the game with no mods.
