[HR] Wild Prairie Grass Lot Challenge not spawning grass

I've started an Off-the-Grid/Simple Life save file with a family who are farmers. I initially started the save in Winter but now that I'm halfway through Summer I've realized that there hasn't been a single patch of Harvest Grass (Wild Prairie Grass) growing on my lot. I am on the 64x64 lot in Chestnut Ridge. Thankfully, there is a clump outside of the property right next to it, but from what I've read online all you need to do is make sure the Lot Trait is selected (which it has been the whole time) yet nothing has grown. I've had previous save files with this Lot Trait and the HG has grown, and I know that there was a previous patch to fix the exponential abundance of it but to have absolutely NOTHING through the Spring and Summer seasons is crazy to me. Another thing of note is that my house has stayed in the Tiny-Home parameters the entire time as well. There has been a lot of consistency from major packs that have been present the whole time so I don't know exactly what the issue is to have no HG.

I use MCCC and WW mods and have used them during this save file.
