Mods removed and cache refreshed for new patch and pack
My sim has added a compatible sim in social bunny, while I can select 'flirt' it does not increase romantic relationship like it has in the past. Even if my sim flirts with them IRL first to get the bar started, it will not increase when using social bunny.
I then made two sims in a new save and tried again with them, and it wouldn't increase romantic relationship bar, so it wasn't unique to the save and seems replicable.
If two sims are compatible romantically, then flirting on social bunny should increase the romantic relationship.
