[HSY] Homeless, unplayed teen sims never age up

As someone who plays rationally and through several generations, I find myself having to micromanage and watch which townies have children that age up to teens to make sure they age up myself. Part of the reason I use neighborhood stories and use the age unplayed households settings is to not micromanage and not have to do so myself. Would love if this would be addressed as I read it doesn't not happen if you have HSY installed. 

My own work around is to micromanage who is in a home and make sure teens are always in a home with a family, which limits who can live where, especially with the pesky glitches and issued around the apartments and rentals which means I have less space for sims to live in any given world than I could sans glitches. Much better though than having to manually keep up with who is having a birthday when and marking them all as played. You can also just wait until your done playing with your teen sims and then age any other teens up by marking then all as played. For players who only play short term in a save or with a few families I'm sure this doesn't matter, but I like to see the world around my sim progress without me so this can be frustrating.
