[HSY] Issues with active highschool UI/ Showing as Holiday UI

Oh boy, and here I was actually thinking I could finally play the game with the original issue having been fixed, how naive I was.

Well, see you all in another 6 months I guess, as that's how long it took for the original bug to get fixed.
