[HSY] Issues with active highschool UI/ Showing as Holiday UI

I have this bug and now my cheat bar is indented too. Tried without mods, cc, new save etc, repairing game...

Unfortunately, you're not going to be able to "fix" this without a mod. EA made this change to our games two patches ago in order to allow multiple students from the same family to attend high school at the same time.
