[HSY] Prom disappears from Calendar

Issue: Prom does not get added to the calendar

Game Version: 1.119.109
Packs: All except one Make Up Kit
Mods/CC: All removed for testing, and localthumbcache deleted
Issue: Prom does not get added to the calendar
Testing: For testing this issue I used a new save file without any mods/cc, created a new household mother + teen, and moved them into a lot in Willow Creek. After loading the lot I expect exam and prom to be added but only exam was added the next 4 fridays. Prom is missing. Reloading the save does not help.
It is still available in older saves where it was already added but it does not get added on new saves (and maybe in old saves later on).

Edit: Both allow invites in game options are checked.

I can send my test save in case saves are still needed?
