Yes, I understand. I just wanted to share my experience and prevent them from needlessly throwing away a save file.
And yes, there are SO many bugs that have persisted in the game for years even and that have still not been fixed. Let's just hope this is not going to become one of those.
I do hope so. I understand your advice of not wanting people to ruin their saves. We shouldn't have to do that
