I noticed a pattern while playing reply to this if this applies to you...
Whenever there is a promotional event or new update not only does prom disappear but it also doesn't occur, loading either a previous save or new save puts in back but I don't think I have to explain why doing that every time to get prom back is just plain annoying to me do I? The first time it happened to me was during the November 2025 update and it happened again just now during the Spongebob event.
I tried that on a few old save, and it just ended up diapering again after a short time, still have not been able to have a prom actually happen.
