I’ve tried two new saves and it doesn’t appear on the calendar. No calls for pre prom party, I can’t create prom postal sign, I can’t ask anyone to prom. I have uninstalled the only mod I played with and I don’t use cc. I’ve just paused the game and started a new side save to pass time.
