I am having this issue as well, no options for prom at all. I'm honestly unsure of all that I am missing because I only got the pack within the last month or so. Prom has never appeared in my calendar, and now I have made a new save with a family based in Copperdale with a teenager and still no event, no interactions, nothing in the game related to prom at all. I play on xbox so no mods and no cc either.
